Beginning her career as a Front Desk Supervisor, Patti developed a deep understanding of guest services and operational excellence from the ground up. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her leadership skills as a General Manager, where she has been instrumental in driving team success, enhancing guest experiences, and achieving operational and financial goals.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Patti is passionate about empowering teams to
exceed expectations and create memorable guest experiences. Her strategic approach to
property management, combined with her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with
both staff and guests, has contributed to the success of numerous properties under her
management.
When she’s not focused on hospitality operations, Patti is dedicated to personal and
professional growth. She constantly explores innovative strategies to stay ahead in the everevolving industry. As co-owner of Lighthouse Hospitality Group, she is committed to building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results for every property under her care.
